lol, the visuals of the game determine its success just as much as the gameplay. With today's market, people take one look at screenshots and immediatly pass judgement on if they are going to like it or not. You can down play that all you want, but it is the damn truth. This isn't the day of MUDs when visuals have no impact at all.
I've seen people say that KoS is the worse expansion pack to date, and when asked why, the only response is that it looked lame as hell; the bonemire - lavastorm comparison always comes up.
I'm not saying that you are wrong for not caring about looks because everyone has priorities, but I'm saying that you are wrong in not recognizing that they are important.
