Dumb people and eq.serverwide channels

Why are people dumb enough to use eq.serverwide.whatever for channels? I mean, are you guys that dumb that you don't realize that those channels are EQ1/EQLive based, and not EQ2, which is the whole reason why item links don't work? Seriously, all you idiots who are using class forums under eq.serverwide should just stop because you're fucking dumb.
