well the thing is how would you start the fight? for rangers it would be whoever got the first attack pretty much... if you have a nice stifl poison on there GG, and say assassin v assassin you start stealth whoever gets decap off first... so if they were both clicking decap as fast as they can.. guess whoever has the least latency will win..

A ranger vs. ranger fight wouldn't be who landed the first hit. You aren't going to kill the other ranger in just a matter of seconds so your point is moot.

I'm now convinced that you do *not* play this game considering stifle poisons do *not* exist. Stun poisons do exist, however they are 15% to proc and to presume a proc from this will automatically give you a win is just plain fucking stupid. The stun is only 2.5 seconds, barely enough time to move behind the opponent, cast a stealthing skill and queue a backstab. So once again, your point is moot.

I didn't know whether to laugh or cry when I read this. The majority of the time decapitate won't even be a one-shot kill. Hell in all the duels I've had against other assassins I've died to decapitate like....2 times. Also if you had read my previous posts you'd know that I already said decapitate should be banned from the competition because it does not reflect skill whatsoever.

When I competed in "Best of the Best" matches in EQ1 they essentially stuck everyone in the arena and people had a battle royale.

Given everquest 2's game mechanics I don't see that happening.

And while Id have to agree with the class vs class battles, it would get boring.

The way classes are currently set up in EQ2 though, some classes completely overpower another.

I got chewed out for that, he was in arena, not my fault.
