I'm now convinced that you do *not* play this game considering stifle poisons do *not* exist. Stun poisons do exist, however they are 15% to proc and to presume a proc from this will automatically give you a win is just plain fucking stupid. The stun is only 2.5 seconds, barely enough time to move behind the opponent, cast a stealthing skill and queue a backstab. So once again, your point is moot.
on the contrary... stifle poisons do exist kinda... when they changed all the poisons if you had some old poisons left over the 7 second stifle ones then they still exist as a matter of fact i just used my last cast on one a week ago...and sure 15% chance to land isnt much but when you have SOE math then its a LOT... im convinced you Dont even play the game... For example ranger STR aa.. when you have a skill recast over 2 min it gets cut by 50% recast time... so sniper shot would be 15 min to 7.5 right? WRONG for SOE math its a 10 min recast... so if you assume that its really 15% chance you a wrong for not knowing how soe math works..

And say assassin v assassin you start stealth whoever gets decap off first... so if they were both clicking decap as fast as they can.. guess whoever has the least latency will win..
I didn't know whether to laugh or cry when I read this. The majority of the time decapitate won't even be a one-shot kill. Hell in all the duels I've had against other assassins I've died to decapitate like....2 times. Also if you had read my previous posts you'd know that I already said decapitate should be banned from the competition because it does not reflect skill whatsoever.

If you had a fucking clue you'd know the description is in fact correct. The ability speeds up recast timer by 50% of skills over 2 minutes. A 100% increase would be half the original recast or 7.5min while a 50% increase would be 2/3 the original or 10min. Utility and debuff poisons (15%) proc a *LOT*? You must be retarded. Go put on a damage poison (25%) and a debuff poison (15%) and see which one drops off first. It will be your damage poison all day long even though 15% is 60% of 25% and 60 procs is 60% of 100 procs so it should be the same.

That fucking implies that whoever gets decapitate off first will win which is essentially saying its a one-shot kill skill. Basically, you have no clue what you are saying. If you get hit for a 5.3k decapitate and all someone has to do to kill you is melee you once for your last 200hp's, then you basically got one-shotted. BTW, if you only have 5.5k hp you fucking suck, I'm in half legendary gear and I've got 6.5k.

when i have my dmg and debuff poisons on they proc about the same rate even though they are a different % chance, i dont sit there and count how many times each proc...

and with the first decap wins you ASSUMED that i was talking about a 1 shot kill... and a decap with an auto attack would technically be 2 hits... say it leaves you with 1k hps left then..you still dont have much of a chance. ( this doesnt apply to every single fight because someone could get passed it but its unlikely)

Why the hell would i transferr to hang out with your carebear ass and DUEL you omg a DUEL? ZOMG, i used to be on unrest and dueled all the time was rarely beaten. but in a ranger v ranger fight it was who got the attack off first unless the other person was a newb...BTW dueling sucks big time

and yes i have 5.5k hps i lost a few due to losing my pvp gear when i exiled but i got 6 t7 fables some legendary and couple tresured, never said i was uber geared... grats on being on a pve server and being able to kill raid mobs all day...there is a reason im #1 world wide for kills in EQ2 is because i dont raid all that much... and you cant just gank newbs unless they are running around in SS or KoS, there are lvl restrictions in most zones you go to..

anyways you are a fucking retard that has no idea how a pvp server works so you should refrain from commenting on shit you dont know about..

btw im not posting again because this has become pointless, i know from experience how certain fights go in real pvp not a duel.

Lol you fool I used to play on a PvP server for a while. I was never killed within 4 seconds unless it was me vs. multiple people. Like I said, some brigand coming up on you stunning you and owning you in 4 seconds means you just got fucking ganked rofl

Considering there are very if any of those poisons remaining your point is moot so just shut the fuck up about it already. If you actually had a clue you'd know that your damage poison would be the first to drop even though they should drop together. No, I didn't assume anything. You said you'd get hit by a decapitate then the next melee hit would kill you. Whether you like it or not that is essentially a 1-shot kill. Notice I said essentially, because its actually 2 hits, but is so close to being 1 that it might as well be. Really all you just did was re-affirm the fact that decapitate displays no skill whatsoever in duels and in a BoTB tournament should be banned. I vividly remember you telling me to /crymorenewb after you ignorantly said that I wanted decapitate removed. Of course you are too dense to understand that I was talking about banning it from a BoTB competition. But now you say you don't like them which implies you'd like them removed. As for banning LoH or HT that is just stupid, a shadowknight HT'ing another shadowknight isn't going to guarantee a win or even come close to guarantee'ing a win.

All of my gear is easily attainable regardless of how much you raid. The hardest piece of gear to get that I have is probabaly my Chel'Dral quest reward ring. Excuses are always good though, you seem to be pretty good at them. You can't gank newbs unless you are in SS or KoS? You fucking moron, being a newb doesn't mean you are low level. There are plenty of level 70 newbs, like you for example. Keep up that uber, elite ganking!!

Like I said earlier I played on a PvP server for a while and unfortunately I fear that I still know more about how a pvp server works than you. You should definately take your own advice and stop commenting on shit you don't know about. for my playtime i do so much more pvp you just have a bigger play time than me, and since when have you been gettin all those kills? seems like you came up quick last i saw you were at like 5k kills now 7 ish wtf?

and anarke ask anyone no matter how you start a fight with a brig the good ones will kill you within 4 seconds of being on you even ask faabio how fast he gets killed by a brig, you can have the best gear in the game and still get killed that fast, when a brig drops everyones mit 5.2 k not much you can do to survive unless you work off of avoidance

what pvp server did you play on? and i can guess why you left you couldnt take it but i bet you only got to like Tier 3 or something, it doesnt mean anything until you get to t7. so have fun on your pve server where you are protected by carebear rules until you press the /duel command where you dont actually die or have any death penalties from it
