Yay on the icemare. I have been waiting for that damn horse since I still have the guild level 80 status warg.

OMG, Venril Sathir is easy mode now. Watching mana is the hardest part of this damn fight since nubs can't seem to manage power. It has now turned into 'keep your shit above 80 to allow cushion for mana sacrifice'. I can't even believe how much this has been nerfed.

I wonder how many pages of crying we will have about a major nerf to a last expansion mob, a Tier 2 mob of last expansion at that. All this means is that a group of 6 people will no longer be able to charge scrubs outrageous amounts of money for their updates. Boo fucking hoo.

The largest nerf was removing the need for Overking and Venril for CoD Progression. At this point, who gives a shit I say.

It is pretty amazing that they nerfed that because people couldn't watch their fucken detrimental. The fight IS NOT HARD if you pay attention.

If people can't master that fight then they have no chance in TSO.

We're halfway (only?! lame) through TSO now. Anything they can do to make rok content go faster is welcome. The Mythical questline from last expansion was essentially all of rok instances progression. People shouldn't even have to go into VP anymore to get any sort of upgrade, and yet it is required for pretty much the most important item you can wear. This is a step in the right direction. Plus the more they trivialize this content the sooner the farm groups stop selling the updates.

Yes, we all think it is easy now, but that was not always the case. This was the largest hurdle for guilds before they had the DPS to burn through it quickly, thus leaving more chances for mana sacrifice. I think it was way too hard for a Tier 2 mob because it was instant fail, but it seems kind of pointless to change it this late in the game.

But, this nerf was a little dramatic. They should have just made mana sacrifice give a warning like you get with the twins in PoAO; that would have brought it down to the T2 level of difficulty while still requiring people to pay attention.
