17 - 26 = Fallen Gate
26 - 28 = Thundering Steppes Giants\Gnolls
28 - 32 = Ruins of Varsoon\Zek and Enchanted Lands solo quests
32 - 39 = Runnyeye
39 - 43 = Obelisk of Lost Souls\Rivervale
43 - 46 = Cazic-Thule
46 - 48 = Permafrost Statue quests
48 - 50 = DoF solo quest lines\Mass collections to blow through 50-60 asap
50 - 53 = Clefts
53 - 57 = DoF instances\Pillars of Flame
57 - 61 = Breeding Grounds
61 - 64 = Sanctum of the Scaleborn\Nest
64 - 67 = KoS instances, long grind session in Den of Devourer
67 - 70 = Palace of the Awakened

Going through all the quest lines has been the best and quickest way for me to level plus a ton of AA.

Jboots at 35, Perma and Sol Eye questlines in T5 for the win. Save up the location discoveries for Jboots and kill two birds with one stone.

Also if you can get someone to zone you into some cleared raid zones there's some discoveries to be had.
