If the merchants go away when tinkerfest is gone, this won't happen. People would have no use for the cogs if they can't be spent and the next time around, people would be able to harvest them just the same.

You can craft items using cogs. The merchant sells a recipe. Those retarded Candy/Love Notes are pretty expensive, on Venekor at least - for the same reason.

I only did Tinkerfest on my gnomey. Participating in Tinkerfest with a character of any race other than gnomey is like paying for steerage class on the failboat.

hm.. should compare that to a real server. those erollisi coins sell for no more than 1g a pop and we already are one of the extremely-low-pop servers, should be even less on actually populated servers.. like RE or w/e
