Obviously saying you prefer something over what has been available equates to "my idea was better!"

On topic, I wonder if they'll apply that white star target indicator retroactively, or reset named kill AA?

I think they reset it. Mentored my wife's alt through ruins of varsoon tonight and the first time we encountered a named I'd see a star and get AA. Then the second time there'd be no star and no AA. I've killed every named in there a dozen times and was surprised to be getting decent AA at 80 on stuff I first killed a year ago!

Also I've noticed a star above some NPC quest givers. Looks like they still have some work to do on the whole star thing. I don't know if getting AA off of nameds I'd already killed was a fluke, or had something to do with mentoring, or it's intentional. Maybe they'll nerf it.

Mentoring her through Runnyeye tomorrow. It'll be sweet if it's not a fluke.

Raid mobs certainly are not doing that. None of the ones I've seen yesterday at least.

Torch is uselss when the only zone dark enough to need it is commonlands... and even then ambiant light ruins it.

They are making this game smaller and smaller, in terms of map size when you are given mounts from zones to town.

They are catering to the Gen Y needs of instant gratification along with the casual play style in mind. Grouping is discouraged enough in this game. Adding a 20 minute time sink to get somewhere would only make things worse at this point.
