I wonder if the choker will kill me before I get all 5 dummies dead.
Is it legal to have a friend along just to heal you? I think they can do that from out of group.

Anybody wanna see the parse from my guild when there were about 1000 of them setup?
The MT zoned in, saw the dummies, got a hard on and rolled to his warlock. I don't think the SK was even fully zoned in yet before he started casting sacrament. Most of us forgot to take off our chokers and the furies refused to heal because she needed her power.

I see what you are saying, but I'd still say no just to be consistent. Your call though, if you really want to post something to that extent just be clear that someone healed you.

People who have a lot of blues would be penalized, and people w/out blues could easily tab targets to get dots on.
doesn't really matter, if you want to single target them, go for it, but most people would parse lower that way. Hard to really enforce it.
How you place them and get them to zero is completely up to you, as long as you dont get outside help. And, like I said, as long as you ONLY place 5. No placing 20 and bluing the crap out of it to inflate it
