Palace courtyard is almost always terrible during peak times on Najena. Once you get into Switchmaster's room and beyond, the lag clears up a bit.

We complain loudly to each other till we get to switch, then we all shut up :p

Generally I turn shit down - spell effects, shadows....doesn't really help much.

Everfrost isn't that bad. I'm not sure how many guilds we can get in a raid zone around 8 EST, but everything seems to get better in Palace or Tombs once all the trash is dead. I'm not sure if clearing trash actually makes the zone less laggy, but that's when I notice it to start lessening.

Yeah, but that's because it's an EU server based in the US, no? Which doesn't help matters to start with...

I really only lag HUEGTIMES in Moors, myself... and KP. And the Qeynos guildhall.

When I raided in WoW (which has way more people in raid) I encountered absolutely nothing.

The 2 games are a night and day difference in the lag aspect.
When we were doing Sunwell pre Wrath on Illidan there was 6-8sec lag during prime time. It was twice as bad as it is in eq2, it was fucking ridiculous. WoW is not the gold standard for server quality and stability.

Never really have any issues with lag on BB, honestly.

Yesterday in Palace on Valor:

3 raids - often 2s lags
It just gets worse with more raids.

Be happy you play on a US server.

Should all transfer to Venekor. We have no lag (or players for that matter). And it'd give you something to do with all that raid gear other than AFK on the docks.

Besides, its better than the stealthy ranger, sneaking through the woods.... stalking his prey... and just when they least expect it, the ranger jumps out!
...
...
And he challenges him to a duel. LOL!
