I'm glad to see they are doing something about it, but I can see where people might be able to abuse this a little. Pretty sure I've already read it here somewhere. Where, say I need my zerker shoulders. Ok, everyone camp to your zerker alt for this encounter. Having, say 6 (or more!) zerkers in the raid, and assuming you can still beat the encounter, should REALLY up your chances. And beating the encounter probably won't be hard with like 6 of one class, since alot of the encounters can be 3 grouped any way. Hell, you could bring them in and park them at the door.

While it's not exactly clear, I'm pretty sure having more of one class won't incease the drop rate. It just won't drop pieces for those not in the raid. So, instead, you would have to ask the classes that have an item on the loot table to camp out for a few minutes.

Legendary stuff should be a lot easier too, you can just pull the mob solo and have 5 people kill it out of group. should make for a lot of happy clerics.

After having Warlock pieces drop twice on one raid and once on the following ... without a warlock present, nor a warlock main in the guild ... i have to say anything is better than nothing when it comes to a fix.

Great, now anytime I try to solo a mob that drops legendary EoF pieces I am doomed to get an Enchanter piece. Great job on preventing farming, not really.

No, it's fucking no change at all. It still means, ZERKER HELM, ZERKER HELM, ZERKER HELM, BOOYA ZERKER HELM!
The overall change for the majority of guilds will be so small, that it isn't even worth changing to this form. Think about it, how many guilds do you know raid with less than 20-different classes? Not very many. So you eliminate 1/6th of the options for Wuoshi and Mayong, but you could still have either all the options, or only 1 of the options to drop off all the other mobs. But oh well. Some people think it's a change worth making, I personally see it as a change not worth making because it will end up doing very little to fix the actual problem, which is repeated loot.

Sadly I imagine it'll be harder to raid-gear alts but in principle I have to support this set loot change.
I hope /pet hide will persist between logons and only apply to non-combatable pets.
In general though this should be a good LU.
