I completely agree with the GM, and think his response to you is excellent.

You don't have the right to use racially offensive terms "playfully" or as a double entendre to ruin the game, this website, or anything else. You may think it is cute to say n*gger with asterisks or alternate spellings and then claim to be the victim of an unintended double meaning, but even SOE isn't stupid or naiive enough to fall for such retarded and lame excuses.

Fact is, you don't have to deal with the fallout of what you say on someone else's site or in someone else's game. I do in the case of this site, and SOE does in the case of the game. It is not fucking fun to deal with those who are most offended by the use of racially offensive words, and I frankly will tolerate this bullshit here no more than SOE will in its game.

If I allow those words on this site we'll lose all of our advertisers, and if SOE allows those words (or the little word games you are playing) they will lose most of their subscribers. Our right to keep our sites and games viable is superior to any right you think you may have to get your jollies playing retarded language games.
