Chronomage Tasker

So on the day of release I went to the tasker and got a quest to do bloodlines. I finished it and can now buy the vampire plushie. But it never offered another quest. The patch said there was 37 new quests that worked like the DD, 4 days later and nothing. Anyone have similar issues or hear anything about it?

Yes, it is bugged just like the TSO shard missions were bugged at the very start of the expansion. The mission wasn't cleared out of your completed so you cannot get another one.

This happened to both my characters, but I guess it was a freak occurrence because I haven't seen many threads about it. Or it could be that no one is doing the chronomage missions to begin with.

There's a thread on the official forums about this being FUBAR, but it hasn't received any sort of dev response, yet. I think they may be having issues figuring out how to erase it from the journal without removing the ability to buy the plushies for the ones you've already finished.

So I went away for the weekend and came back to see that the tasker had a new quest for me. Although, they also don't have the plushie from the first one I did anymore. AWESOME

If you click on the completed quest in your journal (under completed) it will go away and you can get a new quest.

do you need to use the mentor thingie to actually get the quest update from that missions? because i sure as hell smashed that OOB guy and didnt get an update

I've gotten 2 plushies so far, out of 3 tasks i've done. I usually mentor them to green which, with the way these zones are laid out, usually means you don't have to do the whole first half of the zone or more unless you need to kill to unlock something.

Have they been fixed then? I tried to get a quest the other day and mentored to level 5 and the only quest it gave me was level 72. Which seemed a bit harsh. I'm good, but not THAT good...

uhm... you only get one particular quest each calender day, regardless of your level. pretty much like the daily double.

Yar it's the same quest for everyone each day. they're hoping you'll actually group up instead of every lvl 80 cranking open an instance to solo. Sat's was Nizara... i decided to skip it as i never liked that zone.
