How confident are you that this is even legit? I'm not risking identity theft for some unknown that is able to cut and paste some shit from SOE (about station access) then asks for info they don't need.

It is featured on EQ2players.com so it is directly supported by SOE. I'm pretty sure that SOE isn't going to back something that they aren't confident in since they would be liable for promoting it.
