They really ought to give all pre-existing characters one free racial respec. At LEAST give all characters who were created before ROK a free respec, since thats when all this racial shit started.

Whenever they change AA they give a free respec why not now?

Now its just a matter of deciding how important your race is. My halfling healer and chanter are fine, my barbarian assassin, not so much, IN MY OPINION. I find it is worth the 25 bucks to change my race to one that better compliments that class. And no, I'm not going to dark elf

I heard they wanted to make it somewhat cost-prohibitive to use race potions alot. I think the price point is right on to make it affordable if it really bugs you for one of your chars, but too high to change races every time the wind blows.

So you can change a class thats restricted to a good race, to an evil race? thus you can get the good dieties on any class now?

No? It acts just like betrayal. If you're a templar and you buy a race change token and change to Ratonga, you're simply a good Ratonga as if you'd betrayed; so only the good aligned quests/factions/deities will be open to you.
