People managed to kill bugaboo with 6 when he was 10 levels higher.

I can't remember if bugaboo is x2 or x4, but the point is if they could find a way to hit him then they can find a way to hit naggy. Plus naggy is still T5 content, whatever he has, he wasn't designed for the current gear and abilities.

bugaboo was meant to be killed.
and Nagafen already has a loot tabled. He was killed several times already I was there in EOF beta when we were using the god abilites that were busted to 1 shot named all over norrath. Naggy drops a bunch of t5 fabled raid gear.
