I also thought someone said (every 6 months when naggys loot table is dicussed) that it was killed a few years ago and just dropped t5 shit.

They should make naggy a new contested mob deep in SoL Eye...and make it so you can't put rally flags there either.

Yeah I heard that few years ago kill too. But who knows what kind of stealth shit changes have been made over time.

That will be popular... a fun 10 minute run down sol eye to the instance... but then again, its no different than a palace instance and killing 40 trash mobs to get to the bosses.
