This really offends me. Seriously. I am visually impaired but thankfully glasses and contacts can correct my vision issues. I do feel sorry for those who have legitimate vision problems (my father and all his siblings are all legally blind, so I understand) and struggle to see in the game, but ITS A GAME! The whole "I'm losing money because of this" is complete nonsense.

I hope he gets laughed out of court.

What gets me is that he said "WELL WOW HAS VISUAL IMPAIRMENT THIRD PARTY ADD-ON THINGS!" when that's what it is, third-party. WOW will have more players with visual impairments than EQ2 or LOTRO or EVE or something, so of course there will be player-made add-ons. Did Blizzard make it? No. Unless they actually did make visual aid things, someone correct me if I am wrong.

Hell, I'm unable to do a lot of exercise at one time (underweight, partially my own doing, partially other problems I can't control) so I can't play DDR. Should I sue Konami? I realize you can play DDR with a controller but that's not what the game was really intended for.

Aside from the WoW add-ons... how does any other video game cater to the visually impaired. Deaf people should sue to have volume knobs turned up to 11.

Maybe... SOE will have to start allowing 3rd party addons now?
