I did it on a Paladin and Conjuror, so I had AoEs to my advantage. Train through 8 orcs, aoe, burn what survived.

I just hated the fact that the quest was easily soloable except for that one goddamn yellow ^^^ you had to kill (for Q to FP it was that guy wandering around near Val'Marr).
