Its only been about 15 minutes from the time it was supposed to start, so there's bound to be a bottleneck of people, and slight issues when it starts up.

Servers went down and are still down, I assume for them to apply the 2-transfer only rule before the craziness ensues.

Freaking out? Nah I imagine that they pushed a few buttons to set things then figured it out it wasn't working, then decided to screw it and let someone else fix it. I don't know what kind of night staff they keep there, but I can't imagine them paying much for night IT guys.

You can't use the transfer service until the servers are up anyway, so thats why it isn't working - obviously.
