If I want to move characters to another account but not another server, will i lose itesm in bank apartment etc.

Anyone done it? know for sure

I've moved toons between accounts previously without doing squat, it all worked perfectly with no issues each time. You only have the problem with losing stuff in houses that were placed by a different toon when you move servers. Think about it - the other toons who placed the stuff are still on the same server, so that issue doesn't apply.

I've moved to another account and the bank / house items moved also.

Of course shared bank items didn't move.
