Default Brilliant in-game mail idea

I know this sounds like rocket science, but wouldn't it be great if in-game mail had a fucking date and time on it?

On a tangent note, I know this to be impossible, BUT:

Hell, EQ-1 not only had that, but an option to forward mail to an outside account.

<shrugs> whoda thunk it...

Wouldn't really know, I didn't play long enough to experience the wonder of everquest mail.

Well, there's a funny story behind me knowing those features. I got really ticked off one day at someone I knew well in the game and sent them the nastiest flame in an email. I guess a few hours passed and I thought about what a bad idea it was and having their account on hand I thought it might be a great time to log them in and remove the message. Well, I logged in, saw it was unread, sighed in relief as I deleted the message only to find out they had their EQ Mail fowarded to their regular email account. Enough said <hides in corner>
