Anyone else had this happen? Or am I missing something and just got newbified from not playing for so long?

It's because you have 2 unassigned to any tree points, and 20 points that can only be put into the KoS tree.

What do you mean KoS tree? I can't assign those other 20 to anything. Is the KoS tree under a different tab somewhere? Sorry man, I've been away from the game for a while and have forgotten a lot.

KOS tree = Predator Tree

The KoS tree is your predator tree. You have twenty to spend there still if you look in the lower right. The other 2 are unassigned and can be spent in either tree. It should also be noted that if you are coming back the KoS trees all had some minor changes which forced the respec you are seeing.

That's what I thought, but look at the screenshot, I haven't assigned anything to that tree and I still have only 2 out of 20 available.

Cut me some slack I had been away from the game a good while, when I left I had the AA points assigned, I come back and they aren't and it says 2/22 available. I thought it meant the 20 I had assigned were used up, but the achievements I had chosen were somehow erased. I guess they got reset and I misread the 2/22 available I guess. I didn't realize the 2/22 available meant that 2 were available for both trees, while the 20 that "weren't available" were only useable for the KoS tree. Keep in mind I quit when there was only the one AA tree available.

No joke, Unless you have gear you just can't bear to lose. In 2 months you could have your char to level 70 with 100aa if you start from scratch.

keep that char and 2 months from now you'll have maybe 65AA if you play fulltime.
