Naggy as a new contested?

The biggest surprise in zone was Nagafen. I ran across him when I jumped into a chasm called Innoruuk's Scar. However did he get out of Solusek's Eye? I checked around a bit, but I didn't find anything on why he was there, or if he would continue to be there after the game update went live. A lot of people were having fun jumping down into the Scar, and challenging the formidable dragon. Events such as that make me miss being able to see the corpses pile up!

That was taken from someones review of the newbie zone for the evil fae. Is this just SoE being funny and adding a mob to test thatll never go live? Or do we actually hope that they will add a bad ass new contested thatll be very hard to kill (sorta like TFD). I know what the devs have said, and iv read a post by a dev saying this update will be strictly lvl 1-20...but its nice to hope i guess.

Naggy is an important part of SoD, hell, he's such a big part of the lore they're trying to build for EQ2 with almost every "epic" quest involving him in some way, that i can't see SOE wanting him killed so publicly and repeatedly. Unless they put him in as the same level (100 epic x 4) as he is in his lair, I just can't see it.

Here's a big question... was he aggressive?

Naggy is there in case anyone falls into the gap. There is no way out of the gap at present, so as a humorous way around that they put Naggy at the bottom. The only way out is to aggro Naggy and have him kill you.

Don't expect that to go Live.

o well...guess ill go make a toon on test just to die to naggy a few times.

haha gotta love the devs sometimes. my guess is they are probably just gonna put a climable wall or an elevator in or something like that

Naggy isn't in there anymore, and I couldn't find a way out :/ Had to port, and people are always asking how to get out of there now.
