Typical Ishbu response of attributing a COMPLETELY different argument than the one I put forth.

It's possible to care about what happens in the game. Generally, that amount of caring would be less than the amount one places on one's own physical well-being. That does not invalidate completely the caring of what happens in-game.

Sometimes, these are justified; sometimes they're not. I've seen plenty of both in ten years of playing MMOs. And with a community that puts forth as venomous a face as this one does, it's certainly a concern the timid might have.
Reputation doesnt mean shit. People bring that up all the time, what reputation? This isnt eq1 where you could actually be blacklisted. Blacklisting doesnt happen in this game, if it did, nobody would buy anything from me ever on the broker.

Why? Because Im an ass and I treat other people in game that cannot do anything for me like shit. I should be blacklisted 100x over but Im not because it just doesnt happen in this game.

For every person that decides that Dissolution is the dumbest fucking guild on earth and they would never want to join us, there is one person who decides that they want to be in dissolution and no other guild. Then of course you have most of the people who dont care one way or the other, but Im just saying there are 2 sides to every coin.

Go find the most recent thread where you think Dissolution made themselves look bad. I can give you names of 3 people who talked to me about apping because of that thread, I guarentee it.

If its less, then mostly is still an accurate statement isnt it refering to your RL?

hrm interesting arguments by both ishbu and coyote.

ishbu: feels that this method of communication and play we will always be anon as in nobody will know who we really are.
I feel this is a true statement.

Coyote: argues a different point and i see his point as well. When speaking of this game.. we are known and cannot be anon.. it is impossible since we post thru our personalities our names everything from this game and our posts is the only reason we get the respect/ridicule that we get.
Ishbu gets what he gets why?? cause we know some name on some game named ishbu his actions in this game and on this site give credance to what he says about this game..

These two realms will never actually cross nor will they benefit from each other unless that person makes a "choice" to comingle the two personalities.. RL and RG (real life Real Game)

imo you two are debating about the color of the paint on the fence when all you can see is your side of that fence... you are both right and yet both wrong about the other..

you have but one choice.. GO TO FAN FAIRE!!! take a chance and comingle RL with RG have a drink and i bet just bet that you will get along with anyone there...
cept maybe me.. im an angry skinhead looking bastard...

Coyote conceded that point a few posts ago based on semantics.

Other than that, he's lighting you up right now.

Just pointing it out.

Blacklisting is very real. I'm not sure how one can deny that. EQ2 is rampant with blaklisting attempts on characters whether it be justified or not. That is a big part of the EQ2 community.

To quote gaige of all people, "I think I am proof that there is always another guild."

No matter what you say, do, act like, etc, there is always another guild. There is always someone who doesnt care.
