Raiding isn't worth the headache of dicking around with 23 other people and trying to find players that can do the following:

1) Listen
2) Comprehend
3) Push the right button at the right time
4) And stand in the right spot at the right time

Seriously, that's all that's required for successful raiding, but I don't want to dick around with a bunch of fucktards that can't even do that. Too many chiefs, not enough cooks.

See you cant even read. I never said raiding wasnt easy. I said not all casual players can be raiders, but all raiders could be casual players because of time commitment reasons.
