Ahh yeah emm... I can solo farm and get around 1-2 plat an hour from body drops. I might get one master spell as a random drop per week worth approx 10 to 20 plat, by killing aviaks. So if I farm for just 3 hours a day, thats 3-6 plat a day x 7 days = 21-42 plat versus the one master at 10 to 20 plat.

yeah the shit on nek is really low priced these days. im consistently seeing those "valuable" masters comming down as low as 15p before they actually sell. hell i got my monks entire set of masters cept for group FD and defensive stance for +/- 50p, and thats including tsunami for 2 (yes 2 o.O), outward calm for 10, and black widow stance for 15

I think people overreact to plat sellers completely. Getting a tell doesnt interupt my gaming experience in the slightest. Getting a mail message doesnt interupt my gaming experience in the slightest. If anything its sometimes actually fun to see if there is real mail or plat seller mail.

I dont log in hoping to get plat seller spam but I dont care if I get it either. There are many times where I have had more fun harassing the people who send me the spam than I normally have when I am not raiding. I say leave things the way they are.

If a few tells is seriously interupting your gaming experience, you may have bigger problems.

For the most part tells from plat sellers usually don't bother me, but there is the odd case where i'll be dealing with a potential app or a current app to the guild and trying to explain things while I get multiple messages in a row from the same plat seller, only when they come in batches does it get on my nerves a bit.

On the other hand, alot of times someone inquiring about applying to a guild will make a level 1 character on that server (Never really got it but its probably for anonymity-sp- purposes) and I really would hate to block them without knowing who or what they want

The mail however pisses me off since a mailbox is a capacity based thing and deleting them to make room bugs me.

But thats more of a personallity and conversation disruption not a game experience one since I can play and they don't bother me in the least. It's kinda like, if you were having a conversation on the street with an old friend or osmething and someone pokes their nose in while you're speaking and tries to sell you a newspaper, not really bothersome since they go away, but kinda annoying. The mail thing would be like, you telling them "excuse me not nowI'm having a conversation", and then they mail you a hand written letter. Adds to the annoyance.

Is it a really big thing, no. Is it mildly annoying , yes.

but if we could all kill people just for annoying us then we'd be in a very very lonely world.

...and I'd be dead...like..82 times over.

Depends on the master it is. On Befallen - Warden and Zerker masters go for far more than just 10p.
