Nagafen/Good - 30+ Accounts Banned - HELP

Okay, so guys i need some help here.

Server: Nagafen : Good

Me and about 40+ other guild members got banned today, most of them were level 70, and when i called the CSR for sony they basically said i was WITNESSED by 2 GMS's using 3rd party software. I listed off every piece of ui mod that i use, and none of it is in violation. the CSR gave the same answer to all the other people as well.

ONLY the people that went on the specific RAID was banned, we narrowed it down to that, we are all in a vent channel wondering wtf and what to do..

Anyone have any idea what we could do, or how to spread the word because i'd really like to get my account back. This is GUILTY before proven innocent, but it seems they dont even want to try to get our accounts back. It's more like just GUILTY!.

Anyways, i dont want any flames, just would like some help on what I should do to help me and my guildmates.

Raid in question was courts.

Guild in Question is Iluminati. Noone uses any exploits, hacks, or 3rd party software. We did the raid like any other raid.. we died, we wiped, we finished the zone.

I've never heard of anything like this from SOE. That sucks man.

If you keep bugging CSR's they are pretty good about giving "Second chances" even though you may have done nothing wrong.

Well, most of us called the tech support number for BANS, and basically said that 2 gms followed us on the raid, and said we used 3rd party software. Which is not the case, we didnt even own the the raid, we died many many times, we wiped a few, and we even killed the lame green gardener trash mobs cause they were aggro to some of the group members. It's not like we were trying to skip content. I don't want all of my guildies to go play LOTR or WOW or whatever because all of their level 70 accounts got banned FOR NO REASON.

This sucks because there was no warning, no suspension, no explaination, just a BAN. And when we call up the CSR they basically say there is nothing we can do about it. A ban is a ban, and we are all basically screwed.

I don't know what to do other then to keep calling them and harrassing them. It also sucks that my billing period STARTED yesterday, if they can not reinstate my account, they better refund my money.

And none of us wants to BUY a new game, and make a new account, cause who says they wont just randomly ban everyone again for no reason, it's really frustrating, especially how much time and effort one puts into a game such as an mmorpg.

I'm not even aware of any "3rd party" programs to use on raids anyways. Much less anything that could possibly help you in the expired Courts zone.

Try asking them to clarify. It's their obligation to be as specific as possible. Get details. If they keep bullshitting, ask to talk to a superior.

I don't really even know because, I have known people who used exploits that farmed world first loot off the hardest contested in the game, and they got unbanned. So, considering you were in courts and not even being that successful, this just seems ludicrous.

I did ask to speak to a supervisor, and i asked for more information. Basically they said that THE GMS ARE RIGHT, even though they won't say what RIGHT is. They just say I was using 3rd party software. It pisses me off to no end. And yes, Courts is a t6 crap zone, I don't even know why it even matters. And if ONE person did use a hack or whatever, why was EVERYONE Banned. It's not like we even showed signs of exploits being used, WE WIPED A FEW TIMES. It's not like we went in and owned the place.

edit: this is the same response EVERY one of our other guild members get told. we have no idea what to do, we are 30 people sitting in a vent channel not knowing what to do.

i have heard of things like this going on in Eq1. I know you will defend your guildies however one or more might have been using 3rd party programs and you not know of it. In Eq1 there were quite a few cases where a few select members were using these programs and the whole guild got disbanded // banned. This has also happend in Eq1 with exploits.

The most common action usually taken in Eq1 was to suspend the guild // members in the raid for X ammount of days and ban those who they actully found with the programs.

Im starting to wonder if pvp is dead as far as SoE is concerned and they are taking drastic actions like this to actully close down the server.

Yes, even if 1 person was using the 3rd party software, that i did not know of, they should BAN that one person, not the entire raid group. This is so frustrating, Anyone want to help with this situation, all would be appreciated, I don't even know what to do. How am I supposed to know if someone is hacking or cheating or what not, I have no clue. I might as well not group then! Even though you HAVE to in this game.

are you sure its not a suspension. i've never been suspended/banned so i'm not sure how they are represented differently.

We all try to log into EQ2 and it says YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN BANNED. PLEASE CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

If that's not a ban then i dunno what suspension would say.
