I know alot of you say "eof is eq2's last chance"...so my question is..when eof sucks...are any of you really gonna quit this time? Or will the next piece of garbage they pump out be the "last chance"?

I don't know what I'd do. I really do play this game for the people, but if people start leaving, I will look elsewhere. Even.. *gulp* WOW.

As much as it pains me since EQ1 that I want to completely dislike anything SoE puts out, I always end up back in an SoE game. Playing EQ2 again, even if on a much more "when I have time" sort of playstyle, I will be buying EoF and probably whatever adv pack comes out after that and whatever expansion comes out after that etc. I will probably level my high level toons to the next max level when one is released and play my alts once those high levels are at max etc.

I am having a hard time seeing where and why this game is that bad. Granted, this is the first MMO I've gotten hooked on but I have more fun today than I did when I first started playing.

It is ironic that CoH didn't hook me. My office is wall to wall comic materials. I even named my kid Logan but I just didn't get into the game. Now I see that Marvel is teaming up to release a MMO in a couple of years. That might get me if I can actually enter the Marvel Universe.

But, to answer the question, I'm not going anywhere any time soon.

cuz u never played eq b4. I still believe that EQ is the best mmorpg ever. It brought huge amount of brilliant ideas for MMORPG.

You know the draw to EQ has been calling me. I might consider reactivating my chanter over there, or my pally (if my chanter even still exists, she was on a diff account than the one I'm currently using on EQ2) and getting her caught up and stuff.

The game isn't bad at all as far as I am concerned. It has definately gotten much better since I was low levels back at launch and after playing to max level, raid guild etc etc and now going back it is really alot of fun. I just want to dislike games SoE puts out, but I rarely do. I tried every other MMO out and I still came back to EQ2.
