Female Toons on EQ - Page 9

So am I spose to announce that I'm a chick when I'm playing, just so people know? I fail to see why at all it matters if we are all just playin a game? There are a lot of people who assume that I (and other girl players) are guys, but I rarely correct them unless they are someone I play with regularly (and am tired of being called "dude", "man", etc).

And my fave male pals all play chicks. Hmm.. What does that say bout me?

lol i think its really funny how so many are getting all riled up/insecure about guys playing female toons. why do i play femaile toons? well its partially roleplay based and also partially based off of RL physical, and sometimes mental, characteristics. i have a 70 paladin (male troll), a 70 monk (male barbarian) a 52 wiz (male erudite), a brig i just made today (female emofae), an 11 conj (hippy fae), and on another account a 34 female wood elf ranger. pattern? hrm well lets see. in RL guys tend too be hulkier with more brute strength and stamina, while less agile due too their size, and sometimes a bit less intelligent because of it. some guys on the other hand are intellectuals, so i made the erudite a guy too just too get all bases covered. now, why female? well, females tend too be smaller, more agile, and more intelligent than guys (when given the same opertunities). so, i have 2 scout toons which are female based off of the thought that they fit the roll better, and a female conj because many of the "mages" i know RL (yes i know many o.O) are woman. kinda complicated, kinda wierd, but fuck, it works for me. that and sometimes i get tired of staring at green men all day long, i need some diversity in my characters

Who is the gayest one between the one playing a female character, and the one playing a male character ?
When you look at EQ2 Characters models, its the male characters. most of the haircuts have long hair, like if they were fucking hippies, when they run, its like they had something up in their ass ... fist thing that came up in my mind when i launched EQ2 and seen male characters models was "OMG, Modelers were GAY!".
But in the end, Male and Female characters in EQ2 are ugly, they look like Playmobil characters, i just find that, in the end, female characters are less ugly than male characters.

Nah, never bothered me that guys play girls. They pay to play just like everyone else.

On the flip side, I can't stand it when girls overly announce that they're a girl gamer. Dude... you're not special. Move the fuck on.

So it basically comes down to would someone rather play a femine/gay looking male character model or just playing a female model character.

On one hand you have people who would never play a female toon and would just liek to play a gay looking character.

On the other you have guys who play female toons because it looks better then playing a gay looking toon.

In the end it doesn't matter if you play a gay looking toon or a famale toon, becuase either way you are all GAY.

Real men play MALE trolls and/or ogres. All the rest play thier toon because it looks pretty. This whole conversation is gayer then a richard simmons work out video.

The topic never made sense because fae, elves, most human models, ALL SOGA, halflings, rotonga, etc all look like they can star in "queer eye for a striaght guy". And why do you queers play them because they look "cool"or "Pretty". That screams i am a homo more then a guy who plays a female woodelf.

As you can see this whole conversation is pointless. Its like one guy at gay pride parade pointing at another guy in the same fucking parade and calling them a "queen'. I am sorry the girl you were cyboring ended up having a dick. I know it must suck for you questioning your own sexuality becuase you actually enjoyed cybroing that guy. Next time peel your ass off the chair and meet a girl the normal fucking way drunk and in a bar.

One time I decided to try Ragnarok Online. I registered for the free month and such, then when it requested I set up my bio I entered that I was male. Well in that game you are only allowed to select the gender that you placed in your bio. I was screwed, I couldnt make a female toon, so I didn't play.
