Guess you be really hacked that i payed 25 plat for a a Eh crafted fable dagger from some level 1 dude on nek docks during the free server transfer period. SO did a lot of other players on my server HAHA!
Yall sitting around going wawawa so and so can get masters and fabled items.
Do you only raid for loot and the bragging rights to said loot?
I personaly like to raid for the challenge it brings to the game. I could not care less if some oen has the same items as me or has the same masters i do reguardless of there playstyle. It has 0 bearing on me!

It also boils down to the fucktards like you, who buy their loot to progress. You raid for the challenge? I challenge you to go raid EH and get a dagger. Oh wait, no need. You bought it. Have you worked on the tall tale you'll tell the n00b who asks where you got it? Weakass.
You 'white names' reading this? Here is your target. Please dispatch it and restore progression in the process.

At the very least Widem do you agree with changing master 1 drops into Master Material drops that can be crafted into Master 1s. doing that would at the very least drastically reduce the cost and even out at one steady rate so Plat farmers arent making Butt loads off "super rare" drops. Also reducing those prices makes it so people are buying less illegal plat to purchase their super rares. While NOT making them raid only and leaving them on heroics and Tradable.
As a last resort I would settle for that compromise.

No I actually do not agree. First off i dont beleive that plat selers are making more money off the super rare masters than their other plat farming operations. Second, that idea basically makes the system work the exact same as harvesting rares for spells. people will then just buy plat to buy those rares. It solves nothing.

I am not aware of SD's policies, but do they have a plat split and sell looting rights?

no they dont make more money off actually selling the money for plat then selling the plat. They make more money when people buy obscene amounts of plat to buy the obscenely priced super rare master.
it does solve something, it at the very least takes away one of the reasons people buy the large amounts of plat.

Yep, I gotta farm all my own plat. Hence my constant interactions with the plat seller assholes. It was also a big motivator for me learning how to run a 2nd character at the same time, after months of saying I'd never do it.

Bad item progression destroys games and bad economic progression destroys nations. Laugh if you really want to show what you don't know and haven't pondered.

It wasn't a roflcopter or anything, more of chuckle. But you have to admit the proposed system would in effect make it easier to master out. So the message is, peons shouldn't have them but "hardcore raiders" should get them more easily?
Once again I have to ask, has anyone really thought this through. Do people really want to bid against X number of other classes to get that spell if you use a DKP system, or have a leader or officer decide the order in which the members are mastered out? It could work fine in a lot of guilds, but would yield inflated bids or drama in others.
