As much as I'm against SoE and there horrible customer service, the broker box thing is your fault =p

But at the same time the house xfer thing is of course theres. You should be able to get the items back though.

Now, while this doesn't put it in completely basic language, it would be generally understood that anything at all in a broker slot would stop the transfer. I blame SOE in the fact that it isn't explained easily, but then again, it is a pretty easy thing to think of when thinking of transferring servers.
I'm not saying anything about you personally, but this seems to be somewhat of an issue that a decent number of people run into, and could be avoided with some thought, and I appologize for not mentioning it earlier.

The part about remove any items listed for sale....perhaps I am lazy but I took this to mean "hit NO" vs. yes in the for sale column. What if you are one of these people that have 4 crates with 60 slots full of shit? Why can't they make it so you just hit "NO"??!!!

And it is not your burden to save all the dee dee dee's of the world, your advice was quite helpful.

Sooooo just waiting for customer no-service to tell me I cannot have my stuff back.
If this is resolved in a timely manner, I will eat my words, but I think hell will freeze over first.
