Possible to betray to haven half-way mark, then head back and become a Qeynos citizen, without swapping classes, and keeping your spells?

I assume you can't become a citizen again without doing so, but wanted the RZ Cloak on Phay, without being forced to live in Haven.

even if youre from qeynos, as soon as youre said goodbye and be in haven youll lose your spells if you get a citizienship, no matter if you go to fp or qeynos.

You could do that, as long as you never finish the last quest.

You'd have good enough faction with Qeynos that every vendor etc should work, no problem with guards, and as you'd already have a house, no problems there. However, you'd be permanently stuck with 'the Exiled' behind your name, and you wouldn't get Call of Qeynos.

You lose your spells when you hail the class trainer to finish betreyal and become a citizen, not before.

Bigger question is, why aren't there hard faction requirements on the cloaks?

I get about 50-60 DPS from it's proc as a Swashie. Not sure if thats on par with everyone else but some numbers so you can decide for yourself.
