First post here, so hi to everyone.
We heard on the various chat channels on LDL that "Pour le me rite" pronounced like god knows how, could be interpreted with "please lay me right" and thus being an offensive sentence to the ears (eyes) of some self proclaimed naming policy cop.
I don't know if it makes sense, 'cause English is not my native language and I have no clue about the multitude of accents pronouncing it, mine is bad enough when I try.
Whichever version is true, it makes me laugh, because RP server or not, people should ease a bit, it's a game and people pick whatever name they think is fun. Ruining someone else fun must be a sport for some people, may they rot in hell forever.
To the poster who asked before: La Cosa Nostra is formally incorrect, just say Cosa Nostra, without La (which is an article and doesn't fit a proper name like that, at least used in that form). It's how is usually referred and if someone complains about the name, start asking them "il pizzo", aka money for "protection" and pretend you're roleplaying
If they don't abide, burn their houses.
