But will they reset it so that you can spend your points in either tree? Or will you have to spend the points you've already spent in a tree in that tree?

No, and Yes.
This one has been answered many times, and I don't see a reason to change it now. Just get your 100, then you won't have to ever worry about it again.

Also, they should change stamina line to give 76% chance to triple attack when using a tower imo.

Ok, I guess, but if they're changing the AAs I would think they'd let you respec all of the points you have.

And I'm working on getting 100, but I've only had the game about a month and am only level 35.

Guarantee a free respec will come with the AA change. They haven't not given us one yet when they changed something significant. I am really curious how they will play out. What will take the place of those AA's that aren't that good or how much more will they be beefed up? What good AA's might they take away to balance them out with the rest? I just hope its a positive change.

Kingdom of Sky Achievement Tree Review

The Achievement Trees introduced with the Kingdom of Sky expansion have been revisited to increase the number of options available to each character, and to improve their desirability. Weapon specific requirements for the class trees have been dropped with the exception of trees that require shields and ranged weapons. Pet Achievements have been revisited to take advantage of new functionality introduced to the game with the Echoes of Faydwer expansion. Finally, branches that were less than desirable have been revisited to improve their viability and provide more options to everyone.
Are they making some more desirable by making others less desirable?

Uhhh, most of the encounters in SotL were very boring. I think the only really interesting encounter was probably the encounter where the epic spawned during the fight, other than that, the encounters were so very very weak. AE mobs down, watch out for the AEs that just about 1-shotted everybody. As much as people loved SotL, the encounter designs in the zone were very VERY weak. In fact, they were basically as good as the majority of T5 contesteds and T6 mobs.
