So there we have it, the technology to transfer to PVP test is there. Honestly the best way to test content is just to play the game and the more people you have playing that content before it goes live the better.

I dont know why you didnt just flat out say it.

Its been known you cant copy pve to pve test or pve to pvp test yet, NPU got copied. So either a rule has been broken or SOE has been lying about the rule in order to make their game continually shittier by not doing propper testing.
