That's because the Conference was not a EQ2 specific conference. The sole blame on that is because the Conference was not done for what we wanted.

Foul.

The conference was misleading initially - and turned out to be a non-game mechanic summit.

Because of this, she was unable to submit the questions as there was very little dev presence and more community focus.

As much as I enjoy a good poke at someone, that was completely unwarranted and unfounded. Cal did nothing to snub nor misrepresent the "voice" of this site and was extremely vocal FOR this site at the meeting.

All I asked is who remembered it. It's up to you to decide who the poke is against, because all I remembered was that a bunch of questions didn't get answered.

I do have to agree with Coyote, most people had no idea what they were going into.

Cal took a lot of crap about Flames (I'm looking at you Kendricke), and while most of it was in a mild poking manner there was a tone of disrespect at times.

She was very outspoken and did so from the perspecitve of folks who patronize this site.

Plus? It was her first summit so she should get a little bit of slack.

(Calthine) Is there more they can tell us about the new raid zone the Throne of New Tunaria? Where does it fit on the EoF progression in respect to EH and MMiS?

(Lyndro) It should be around the same difficulty as the last floor of Emerald Halls, with rewards of similar power.
How the hell does that help? Difficult as in Herald difficult, Treah difficult, or Galiel/Wuoshi difficult? Theres four very different mobs right there.

And as for items, desirability ranges wildly, from Horseshite Shield to something like CCM.

So optimistically, I'm going with encounters around Galiel difficulty (but less tedious), with loot to match the desirability of Clear Cutter Machete (that example for melee).

Hopefully it isn't as hard as Herald Difficulty, I don't know if I could handle that!!!!!

Just to kiss ass and play favorites to Radar - he's right.

She took nothing but flak for being "associated" with flames, yet she announced it at every option, proudly representing.

She might not be flames any longer, but at the time you could not have asked for a better representative.

Well okay, maybe ME because I got drunk and rowdy...but still.

In the defense of the Dev's they had no sway on what questions got asked, so my blame goes fully to Allakhazam for shitty questions and bullshit chatter that wasted an hour of my life.
