Dude, we could call it "Hardcore Chat" or something. It doesn't need to have the name of this site in the event title, that way Grim could publicize just the IRC login information.

I'd want questions presubmitted by the leading raid guilds also. I want questions by Ishbu, Snark, Pinski, Illuminator, and by other leading loudmouths of EQ2 raiding and PVP play styles.

We'd have to submit about twice as many questions as we'd expect to be answered, and nobody can get butt hurt if their question isn't picked. The key to getting them to agree to do this is being reasonable.

I'd have to do research on the amount of resources a java client uses over a stand alone client to really know. If anyone knows, please chime in.

Also, the IRCd would use a fair amount of resources, exactly how much, I'm not entirely sure. I image it would be probably be manageable. Maybe.

How's that for vague!

Niber welcome to where I was about 6 months ago with my management trying to set up our own Dev chats.

Thats why I was telling Mysidia the Q&A might be easier to do. By all means if you guys can get together the resources I'd go for it. It hasn't been done before for sure.

My questions would be towards the Warden class in general. We might want to get the Class Leaders (Class Forum Mods) on this site to collect questions for each class to ask.
