imo brigands are now fked as hell considering deaggro possibilities.
just to compare:
swash gets same deaggro buff, has also elude and hideaway, but here comes the difference:
swash has CONSTANT 18% threat transfer, which is FAR better than 1.5k deaggro and 1 threat position each minute... (and no, i dont think mages will ever get beg for mercy from brigands when they overnuke)
and what was that called again? balance?

This warlock isn't shedding a tear for any of you, but look at it in the long term. The expansion is coming up and 10 levels of spell upgrades are in tow. This looks like good evidence of all your deaggros being upgraded in the expansion. Most of the changes are to T6/low T7 spells.
Thats not to say that some of these changes aren't brutal (coercer/brigand), but I bet you get most of it back when you hit level 80. And while it doesnt seem fair to have to sit through it for months waiting for the expansion and spell upgrades, 49% coercer aggro is enough to raid with now, does the tank need 70% from a single spell?
I'd vote to hold off on the deaggro nerf until the upgrades are in the game.

They never do that. The fucktards like to take things away, only to give them back under the guise of increased character enhancement opportunities.
