Default LU28, undocumented bugs and fixes

I'm just going to post a few things about LU28 here that I don't think were in the Live Update notes, please feel free to list any other things you discover.

Firstly, they fixed Fitzpitzles Hover Platform. The geometry is intact and it has a wickedly cool hover.



Second, Nightmare mounts no longer have fire coming out of the eyes. We regard this as a bug.



Third, mystic pets have a vertical blue beam sticking out. This is also considered a bug.

As a defiler I noticed my pet at one point had the deathstar beam also, I was bored in mystic lake last night so I had (and I counted) 62 mobs on me at one time. At that time the beam was red, but when I was in DT later last night it was blue like the ss. I'm assuming it's some sort of graphic bug with the group haste AA ability, the spell effect is blue lightning that shoots from the pet to all group members.

Some people are also experiencing their braids are no longer attached to their heads.... this believed to be a bug linked to the mysterious "non moving" particles in spell effects.

Also, anyone wondering what the fuck SoE was thinking with the hundredths of seconds on the re-use timers? I mean honestly, who the fuck brought that up in a dev meeting and didn't get slapped?

Another thing.



For one, we STILL have no fucking idea what the Fingerless Gloves of the Quiet are supposed to do.

For two, the Direvine Matron loot table was upgraded, and the final bracelet damage you can see. This is with me at max INT, and AA's at ASTR 4-4-4-8-0, WIS 4-5-4-8-8. By contrast, the Chel'Drak dagger says 45 magic damage.

And another thing still! Something is fucked up with clipping, you could be standing next to a mailbox and it'll take 10 seconds for it to appear. Same thing with other players.

Iceshield/Frigid Gift animations are fucked up.



The ice blocks don't tumble to the ground to form a protective wall, they stay above the player's head and overlap each other.

Yep, that is part of the "particles not moving" bug that has affected certain hairstyles (the "particles" of a braid/ponytail do not move from the place they were when the toon first logged in or zoned.)
