Disso isnt something to look forward too, sure they are one of the best guilds WW, but Widem mentality shows how the serious hard core raiders are, if you arent the best your are a shitty player.

People play different, and imposing your way of thought on other is just plain stupid, because your in a hardcore guild doesnt make you better than other who arent, we all started at lvl 1 being a noob in the game, is the way you progress and learn in it that makes the diference, not the guild you in. I know really good players who arent in a hardcore guild, and they not shitty players just because they havent put Woushi to their farming list. But since w/e I know that after I post this, someone of the hardcore guilds will start bitching saying Im a shitty player for thinking like this...

Back on topic, I dont see why the stakes would go through this change, I can think of a reason for the wolfsbane since the only way to get them is from Woushi and not every guild can get Woushi kill, and geting it from doing the Tunare quest can only be done so much... Getting to the 3rd floor for the semi casual guilds is just luck and practice, my guild got the tender to 60% on our second attempt to him, when the rumbler wasnt up, but we havent got another good shot to him yet.

You want to see two sides go at it like a bulldog to a porkchop? Mention to a casual raiding guild that a DKP system is about to be initiated. Sit back and watch the fur fly.
So its a pickup raid. No wonder you have people flocking from your guild. they see themselves put time into something and get nothing out of it. No raid guild will ever succeed with a /rng loot system. Id suggest changing and if thats not possible leave the guild because its worthless and a waste of time.

Really i wouldnt even call that a raiding guild b/c you have absolutely no structure what so ever. we have people that run pickup raids on nek that have better rules.

Why is it difficult to accept that something in this game will be challenging? Why do you think it is somehow unjust that not every guild can kill a certain mob? Where and how do you draw the line?

Widem, at this point, we're just going to have to agree to disagree. It's hard to reason with someone who's high on themselves.

this is the thing. people have no idea what it means to be a good player until they are thrown in the mix with people who are good. so i will chalk what you are saying up to ignorance, but the point being any one individual can be good, but working as a unit is what makes you good. The biggest and the strongest dont survive, its the ones able to adapt the fastest. If you are good and your guild cant kill wuoshi its because you have not lead them well enough making you worse of a player than the guy that did it. This shit does take practice but even at that there is that innate ability to adapt and think for themselves that the WW rated guilds can do and from what i have seen first hand Disso has always done.

you have got to be joking. how do you expect for a civilization to grow with no rules? the same idea works here and you yourself said you have seen yourself fail time and time again...you are just being stubborn to the fact of what you have to do in order to make it a better place.

Nope, not joking. Anything that doesn't pertain to how you play is viewed as dumb or beneath you. I can't hold a conversation with someone who can't think outside of his own box.

Lawl @ no Loot system. Seriously you QQ about players leaving then reward the ones who stay using a RNG system to divvy loot? Seriously I’m not surprised anyone left. Only retards and shitty raiders who cant make it would stick around in a guild like that.

Your problems are clearly with the leadership/running of your guild and clearly of your own doing.
