I also received a claim he plays on Nektulos, but I don't necessarily buy that myself.

I dunno, the rumor doesn't make much sense to me. Why would a Coder get fired for corrupting a beta server? It's that the purpose of a beta server?

So basically they're claiming Dissolution. But Dissolution doesn't beta test. You sure your source isn't full of it?

While that would definitely be the juiciest guild that he would have been a part of, I seriously just couldn't see that happening.
...but again the opinion of 'well known guild' can vary a ton, so who really knows.

They've never wiped one of the two Test servers before, have they?
PvP test isn't a beta server, it's a permanent test server, isn't it?

PVPTest is a server created (and temporarily up) for specific settings, like testing this LU.
Its not a permanent server, and won't stay up unless they choose otherwise (which I doubt).

I thought the whole point of the test server was so they could do things that could potentially destroy characters or rape the server without doing it on live.

I'm pretty sure over half the members of Disso were in the EoF beta test. They were in as individuals, however, rather than as a guild. So the guild doesn't test, but individual members do.
