lack of gm to gm communication? still waiting on an answer - Page 2

ok fine ill agree they may be busy the first day but now it is 3 pm in the afternoon and my guild is STILL inside this zone and my petition STILL hasnt been answered. thats 19 hours without an answer... im sure other gms are doing other things but does it really take that long to copy and paste an answer telling me im screwed? so i dont give a fuck what they are doing with other people but if you are having that much of a problem getting to people... maybe it is time to hire a bigger staff preferably not a bunch of retards that pass the problem on to somebody else.

I wouldn't expect your issue to be answered soon.

I made a petition about a character restore and asked for a supervisor to look into it. GM says he's passed my petition on. Four days later and I'm making a new petition because it hasn't been addressed.

Same here got bugged on first named, petitioned, after a couple of petition updates from both sides we were told that our issue had been passed to a Senior GM, (after 5 hours), waited 2 more hours nothing new, so just called it a night (and didn't get any loot from trash but still got lockout due to making the overseer unconcious)

got him to 25% after adds and shit, instead of re-triggering it just stayed inactive (and we killed all golems that don't respawn and all tunarian elves ofc aswell as making the overseer unconcious), statues aren't clickable, throne isn't clickable, harbinger doesn't trigger no matter if we wipe on trash or try to interact with him or queen

My favorite part about the new petition system is that despite waiting multiple days for something to be answered, the GM reply is always timestamped within an hour of the original petition. I would think giving a customer service position control over their own metrics would go against useful reporting (and common sense).

I had a GM tell me that I wasn't receiving Disco AA in Bonemire because it was considered a low level zone.

I have screenshots of this and everytime I see them I kind of shake my head.

Last time I put in a petition.
