I posted this on the eq2players site, but maybe someone here can take a stab at it.

Karan? Is this something I have missed, or is this the new continent for RoK?

well i dont see anything about karan in the screenie but im assuming its a new faction listed there. as for the answer, hell if i know, try checking the games site maybe?

ed: er as far as i know, isnt karan the island that encompassed most of old world everquest2 in eq1? dont quote me on that, i know fuck all about the original lol

The continent of Karan is the continent that Qeynos, Thundering Steppes, and Antonica reside on.

Okies. I just never heard it called that way. To me (eq1) its always been Antonica.

Well, that's because in EQ1 there was only 1 continent, Antonica. Whereas in EQ2 there's more than just the 1 now.
