I almost always eat before raid time, as we start at 9pm my time, though back when I was in a guild that started earlier, I would eat a lot of stouffers frozen dinners during the raid if I didn't get a chance to eat before the raid.

That, and at least 2/3 of raids I'll have beer during the raid, mixed drinks if it's on the weekend and getting near the end of the raid.

I'm second to the pizza. I also usually keep granola bars near my PC in case I get the mid-raid munchies.

Raids are late so dinner is already eaten. But if I need a snack I'll eat unsalted almonds or cashews, or munch on some chopped veggies, easy stuff to handle while raiding.

Perferred drink is water or bicardi silver/diet coke/lime. (Extra vitamin C from the lime so I don't get scurvy while playing)

Preferred drink is water Monday-Friday. Maybe Southern Tea if I remember to make it before hand. Weekends, wine.
