Since raids start at 4 my time, I usually have to cook something mid-raid -- so it has to be either easy, or happen in short bursts -- or I get something after raids, usually after 9pm when most places are closed (FUN). Baked chicken or fish is something I make alot. Its important to be able to eat between pulls/while running, so things like mac & cheese or spaghetti are common, tho they get cold since it takes a while to eat while raiding.

Most of the time, tho, I wait till after raids to cook or pick something up.

when i was raiding morning-afternoons from 8AM onward (blackguard was on GMT-1) i had this thing for sourdough english muffins w/ butter, mediteranian sea salt, and imported parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. 2 whole muffins + that = awesome breakfast. another good one i used to make when i had time before raid (half hour +) was a sammich where you just get some red onion slices, romaine lettuce, green onions fried crispy, 4 slices of bacon, and some fresh white mushrooms sauteed in butter, salt, and italian seasoning. put that on honey wheat berry bread with a little mayo. food for the gods.

quicky if you are in a hurry and want a whole meal: linguinie w/ butter (melted and lightly browned w/ sea salt), parmesan cheese, and some fresh oregano. have your favorite energy drink / soda with that and you will be well filled

Can put a roast in, chicken, make soups, anything. Slow cook it, snatch a plateful during the AFK break, eat slowly while moving.

Raiding actually helps me maintain my weight. Forces me to eat slower, and because of that, less. Cooking makes it healthier on average than fast food, and coupled with workouts in the morning, it's a good combo.
