Liz Sigmund's title was "Game Designer II" in her Neriak interview.

I saw the "Raid Designer" tag on the official forums but I think that Game Designer is more of an overall thing, involved in a lot more.

Maybe you can persuade her to post more at the fan faire where she'll be at the Kunark panel apparently, but I didn't see many posts from her at the official forums even.
