Not to be a dick, but...we have instances. We're getting more instances. I think the writing's on the wall.

I like pink. My fave color. So what, you no likee, you can drive to Wisconsin, find the remains from my surgery, and eat them.
That said, video is awesomesauce. :D

Interesting that you chose to use my little comment as a venue to once again flaunt your deviant sexuality in public. But since you wanted to be nasty about it, so will I.
There's no amount of surgery, make-up, panties or hairspray that will turn you into a woman; those are superficial affectations of a superficial personality which is a disorder that is so common amongst people like you. You are wrong if you think that make-up, hairspray, high heels and a lopitoffame is going to turn you into a woman. Your defensiveness shows that you know you made a horrible, irreversible decision.
Now you are neither man nor woman, and no number of words written in pink text or having a mangina is ever going to change that.
XX chromosomes for the win.

Oi.. blah blah. Please, make sure you're educated on something before you speak. Ugh, ignorance is so not attractive.
And actually, I'm not defensive - I'm annoyed. I know what I did what right and would do it again. *shrug* Besides, my body was trying to go that way on its own anyway. Read up on Jamie Lee Curtis for example.
Oh, and not to blow your mind... but there are many types, not just xx and xy. But whatever makes you feel better there, Sparky.
That said, I'm not arguing with you any more - you can post up all you want, but I'm not going to play stupid little games with you - I've not enough time to navigate the little farm roads of your mind. I'm proud of who I am and will continue to be proud of who I am.

Re: E3 Rise of Kunark Video
I think its funny people always talk about having competition on contested. So few servers had real competition in EQ1 and hell again in EQ2. It's cool when there is real competition that lag doesn't destroy, but its so rare why bother. And it still isn't real competition, its who gets there first.
Any competition real top end guilds had in EQ1 is basically like it is in EQ2. Does Disso have any competition? Nope, and neither did any top end guild in EQ1. The 2nd rate guilds on any given server could maybe steal 1 mob every once in a while, but only if you let them. The only time any "power change" happened is when 1 guild died (due to mismanagement or whatever) and another took over.
Some of the guilds that were on top in EQ1 from the beginning were still on top like 5 expansions later. It ain't really competition when you basically are beating up a crippled kid to stay ahead, which is what the undergeared guilds below you were. By the time Omens rolled around, some of these "top end" guilds were so bloated and corrupted they imploded at the site of real challenging content. This is when a lot of so called hardcore raiders quit and now preach about the good old days they remember. When they had to 'compete' for everything, and what they mean is they just want everything, not actually to compete for it.
The tough instances created REAL rivalries, xserver and intra server. A lot of the real competition began racing to complete expansions and instances. A lot of old school guilds couldn't cut it and died because their cores xfered off to real guilds. Having to actually beat content instead of just being on all the time kicked some ass. I hoped we'd see it in EQ2, but we got a training wheels version with outdated features.
I mean T5 was great and all, but was anyone really impressed that a guild could kill what amounted to 20 copies of the same damn mob? I sure as hell wasn't. The closest thing we had to real challenge in this game was Djinn Master and guess what? No trash to speak of, no lockout, just a bitch of a mob. We saw how many so called hardcore guilds could handle that. Now I admit Djinn Master isn't the best example, cuz its still piss poor compared to what EQ1 offered, but you get the idea.
Anyway I'm rambling. Maybe Kunark can bring back some of the real rivalries and we can stop the stupid slap fights whenever a WW1st happens and start with the real shit talking. Hell I don't even raid top end anymore, I still want to see the drama. That's what this board is for, not this watered down shit we got now. Hardcore is not dominating pathetic servers and farming, it is about being the best on your server and striving to be the best serverwide. Now if only the devs give a chance for competition to happen!
Were you ever really hardcore Morara? I mean you were in a Rapture in EQ2, which is basically the perfect example of a wannabe top end guild that wasn't/isn't/probably never will be. Feel free to prove me wrong because in case you didn't notice I love discussing and analyzing this shit.

Re: E3 Rise of Kunark Video
No competition in EQ1? Everything was a race to claim a zone and keep people posted, keeping mobs locked down so no other guilds could attempt it, and even then, all it took was another guild fighting alongside you to steal your kill.
As far as being hardcore, no, I wasn't in EQ2, because none of the content justified it. What use is it being hardcore with encounter locking, instancing, and other things which strip out the whole massively multiplayer aspect of the game that made EQ1 so compelling? You can just take your time and mosey on down to the content at a slow pace.

Re: E3 Rise of Kunark Video
The guild I was in dominated from essentially Kunark to PoP and we really never raced for anything. We dominated Velious and the gear advantage we had never let anyone catch up even if they wanted too. We got all the good recruits, no one else even came close. I imagine most servers were exactly the same because we weren't even close to the top serverwide. If you had a server where this wasn't a case, I guess you were lucky (or unlucky as the case may be, I'm sure it was more stressful than it was worth most of the time).
Still, racing, phone chains, CoH bot bitches and ShowEQ 'posting' of people to track was lame, is lame and always will be lame. You want real competition go play PVP, cuz contested content in EQ1 was and always will be mostly a dick waving contest in shout and not a real competition.
Do you really find that entertaining? More entertaining than challenging content - what you should enjoy if you are playing on a PVE server? It's one thing to say EQ2 raiding sucks because it has no challenge (true), but don't act like EQ1 really had challenging mobs (couple of exceptions) outside of camping shit till like PoP.

Re: E3 Rise of Kunark Video
It doesn't matter how challenging an instance is, it's still desolate. If I wanted to play by myself, I'd load up Ibara, which is a hell of a lot more challenging than anything any instance in EQ2 ever offered.

Well since it appears you are limited to one line responses which just divert, I will just agree to disagree with you.
