Well pages do seem to load faster with just the top advertising bar.

And for those idiots that say get Firefox, I am already using Firefox on linux to boot. While I could use add blockers that would sorta defeat the purpose of LFG putting the adds in in the first place. I don't mind subsidizing eq2flames though add banners.

Considering how many pages views I generate I might quite possible end up contributing more then 10$ through advertising but if the adds prevent me from seeing any content then my page views will drop.

Totally off the original subject but along the IE/Firefox argues.. My company as do many in the US totally falls for MS, but.. IE7 "is a non-supported browser" according to the email I got one day... then the next time I went to use it anyhow permissions had been completely turned off to IE 7 so that it wouldn't even load.. I had to roll back to version 6.
The best part... for any other browsing other than the Company sites which I use very infrequently (and are formatted for IE go figure) I use FFox and they haven't turned off the permissions for that... IT people are so stupid some times.

Oh and LFG I like the new layout doesn't feel like I'm browsing this site on the PSP anymore. ( even at 1280x1024 it felt squished against the right side before)
