Arirang did turn in the quest the day they xfered over because members of Core stole the guild leader's name among other members and premade a guild Arirang to steal the name from them. Not sure if they fully cleared the zone first however, as I don't remember that far back and thats when I had pretty much first joined Core. I miss the tier 5 Dramafrost days =/
